The Golden Valley Rotary Club gathered on June 10, 2025 with members of the community to celebrate all things Rotary during the 2024-2025 year. We presented the Citizen of the Year award to Dean Penk of the Golden Valley Community Foundation. The Rotarian of the Year award was presented to Assistant District Governor, Mary Timmons. Our high school scholarship recipients from Hopkins High School, Perpich Arts High School, and Robbinsdale Armstrong High School were honored. This year's recipients were Isabelle Mayer of Hopkins High School, Alma Soave of Perpich Arts High School, and Seran Umar of Robbinsdale Armstrong High School. Bryan Rossi, Club President, passed the gavel to incoming Club President, Alisha Weis. It was a great celebratory event in the fifty-two year history of the Golden Valley Rotary Club!
