Community Emergency Assistance Programs (CEAP)

Jack Elsnes joined CEAP as a Community Engagement Manager in August, 2020. Born and raised in Brooklyn Park, he graduated high school in 2010 from Champlin Park High School and is a member of the Brooklyn Park Rotary. Jack's lifelong passion has been to improve the community around him. He went to St. John's University for his undergraduate and has been working in non-profit development for four years. By joining CEAP, he knows he'll be able to continue making an impact, increase access to nutritious food, and create a stronger community.
