Kathryn L. Quaintance is a judge on the Fourth Judicial District of Minnesota, serving Hennepin County. She was appointed to this position in 2000 and was elected to full terms in 2002, 2008, and 2014. She currently serves in the Criminal Court. Her current term expires in 2020. Quaintance received her B.A. degree from Smith College in 1977 and her J.D. degree from Rutgers Law School in 1986. In her earlier career, she was an attorney for Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi. Before Quaintance became a district judge, she was Deputy Hennepin County attorney.

Edward T. Wahl is a judge on the Fourth Judicial District of Minnesota, serving Hennepin County. He was appointed in 2012. He was re-elected in 2014 for a term that expires in 2020. Wahl earned his undergraduate degree, with honors, from Northwestern University in 1978. He went on to receive a master's degree from the University of Virginia in 1980 and his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 1983. Before Wahl became a district judge, he spent time as a partner in both Faegre Baker Daniels and Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly LLP.
