Workers Compensation in MN

Wendy Willson Legge received her B.A. summa cum laude from Harvard University (Radcliffe College) in 1975 and her J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota in 1980. After a brief stint in private practice, Wendy worked in various roles for the state of Minnesota beginning in 1987. In 2018, Wendy retired as the Chief General Counsel of the Department of Labor and Industry, and then returned to work for the Department half-time until the end of 2019. She is now truly retired from the paid workforce! Wendy's current volunteer work includes pro bono legal work for low-income people facing eviction in Hennepin or Ramsey County. Her topic today is “Workers Compensation in MN”.
