Experience the Metropolitan Airports

Dana Nelson is Director of Stakeholder Engagement for the Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC). She began her airport career as an intern in the San Diego Airport Noise Office before going to the MAC, where she has worked for over 10 years. Dana engages and builds relationships with individuals, elected leaders, and organizations who often have passionate opinions about aviation and community impacts resulting from airport operations. Dana graduated from Florida Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Management with Flight. She lives in Savage with her husband and two girls, ages five and three.
