Mental Health 101
Leah Persky is an experienced educator with an expertise in public health, political science, family well-being, and conflict resolution. She has experience in the university and non-profit settings. Persky completed her PhD in political science and has her master’s degree in conflict resolution, is a Certified Family Life Educator, and is training to become a certified life coach. Leah has a passion for running, reading, fitness, being outside, and gardening. She has two kids, two cats, and one puppy. She works to support families and the community in her role as the Manager of Professional and Community Education & Addiction and Recovery Services at Jewish Family and Children Services of Minneapolis.
